The Virginia Quality Healthcare Network, a network of patient advocacy groups, professional health care associations and concerned individuals, is dedicated to fulfilling its mission of ensuring that all Virginians have access to quality healthcare. The Network works to fulfill its mission through education and the sharing of ideas and resources.

- Encourage disclosure of benefits and oppose restrictions on treatments
- Support adequate Medicaid funding and insurance coverage
- Promote patient rights and responsibilities
- Educate Virginians about healthcare access issues
